Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

  • Orders are taken for the product / products subject to sale. If the registration made through the system is approved by the center, it is prepared by informing the user and sent with the selected delivery method.

DELIVERY TERMS

  • Order confirmation criteria;
  • Availability of stock balances,
  • Availability of customer open account,
  • Price and discount changes.

 

REFUND CONDITIONS

CONDITIONS SUITABLE FOR REFUND

  • Your order is received incorrectly by our sales staff,
  • Your order is not shipped on time,
  • Billing your order with a price other than the agreed price,
  • The original packaging or label of the product you ordered is incorrect… (Incorrect Packaging)

CONDITIONS NOT SUITABLE FOR REFUND

  • Wrong order placed by your company officials,
  • The return of the purchased product to us after a certain period of time on the grounds that the material is not sold,
  • In case the products shipped to your company by cargo are damaged and missing, the compensation of all damages belongs to the cargo company.
  • Returns made without prior notice to us.

 

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED WHEN THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS COMPLIING WITH RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
  • Returns of products that have been opened, used, destroyed, damaged in their original box / package, or lost their resalability will not be accepted.
  • You must send the product you want to return with a petition containing the return invoice issued by your company and the valid reason for return.
  • If your return is approved, the cost of your return will be deducted from your current account as a refund.
