Delivery and Returns
- Orders are taken for the product / products subject to sale. If the registration made through the system is approved by the center, it is prepared by informing the user and sent with the selected delivery method.
- Order confirmation criteria;
- Availability of stock balances,
- Availability of customer open account,
- Price and discount changes.
CONDITIONS SUITABLE FOR REFUND
- Your order is received incorrectly by our sales staff,
- Your order is not shipped on time,
- Billing your order with a price other than the agreed price,
- The original packaging or label of the product you ordered is incorrect… (Incorrect Packaging)
CONDITIONS NOT SUITABLE FOR REFUND
- Wrong order placed by your company officials,
- The return of the purchased product to us after a certain period of time on the grounds that the material is not sold,
- In case the products shipped to your company by cargo are damaged and missing, the compensation of all damages belongs to the cargo company.
- Returns made without prior notice to us.
MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED WHEN THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS COMPLIING WITH RETURN CONDITIONS
- Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
- Returns of products that have been opened, used, destroyed, damaged in their original box / package, or lost their resalability will not be accepted.
- You must send the product you want to return with a petition containing the return invoice issued by your company and the valid reason for return.
- If your return is approved, the cost of your return will be deducted from your current account as a refund.
